Dear AHS Community,
We hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we would like to inform you of an important change regarding the Lincoln parking lot located at 320 Beach Street and Siskiyou Blvd.
Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, the Lincoln parking lot will be designated for use by staff and construction teams only. This decision has been made in order to facilitate the ongoing construction projects and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
We kindly request the cooperation of all students in finding alternate parking locations during this time. It will be necessary for us to enforce a strict no parking policy in the Lincoln lot throughout the year. We understand that this adjustment may require some adjustments to your daily routines, and we appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
Your cooperation in adhering to this change will greatly contribute to the success of our construction projects and the overall safety of our school community. We encourage you to explore various alternative parking options in the vicinity and plan accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and commitment to our school's continued improvement. Your support is truly appreciated.

Our meal payment and application processing system has changed. We are no longer using Titan. Your student accounts, including account balance, has all been rolled over to mealtime. If you had an account with Titan for online payments, it has been closed.
You will need to set up a new account for your students in the mealtime system.
You will be prompted to set up a username and password.
Your students will be identified with the same student body number they used for Titan and for Powerschool. That number is the same as long as they are students within the Ashland school district.
If you do not have that number, you can get it from the office at your school, or reach out to nutrition services directly at nutritionservice@ashland.k12.or.us
Once you have an account set up you will be able to add funds to your students account, or apply for free or reduced meal benefits.
Note, if you already had an account set up with Mealtime from 4 years ago, that account information is no longer valid and you need to set up a new account.

The Ashland Grizzly Football team will be heading to Japan this summer at the end of July to play in the 17th Pacific Rim Bowl against the Japan All-Star Team! This tradition started in 1988.
Every two years, the teams play, alternating locations. The last time the Grizzlies were in Japan was 2017 and the last time the two teams played was in 2019 here in the US. The game has been on hold the last two years.
The team has been hard at work to raise the necessary funds it takes to get the team to Japan and it wouldn't be possible without the generosity of our community, family and friends. If you would like to watch the game, but can't make it to Japan, it will be streamed on the Ashland Football Club website on July 29th. Check the website for more information on the history of the Pacific Rim Bowl. If you want to wish them luck, tell them Ganbatte! (gahn-baht-te)
This is the last announcement of the school year. Congratulations, seniors! Thank you for joining us for the daily announcements! See you next year!
