Careers in Gear Event - AHS is excited to take interested juniors and seniors to the annual Careers in Gear (CIG) event on April 25th at the Jackson County Expo. This powerful one-day career fair provides students the opportunity to interact with over 100 local business and education professionals to learn about many of the exciting career and education pathways available in our region. Don't forget! Attendance matters! As of the start of this semester - any student with 3 or more Unexcused absences or 3 or more tardies in a week will be serving a mandatory makeup after school on Monday from 3 to 3:35, Wednesday from 2:35 to 3:10, or Friday from 3 to 3:35. This make up will be reflected in PowerSchool. Failure to make up UNX tardies and UNX absences will result in Saturday School on the last Saturday of the month.
