Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer, P-EBT info from ODE
All school districts in Oregon were asked to provide a file with all students with their mailing addresses that were enrolled in March, due to ODE by May 19th. ASD has provided that information .
The only part that ASD has in this process is just to provide the information to the state. The only questions we will be able to answer for parents is if their students are on free or reduced meals.
Any families that already have EBT Oregon trail cards will automatically receive extra benefits on those cards for March, April, May and June.
If the families are not on SNAP ( Oregon trail card) benefits and their students are on free or reduced meals in our district based on income requirements, MKV or other reasons, they will get a card in the mail at the mailing address that they have on file here in Powerschool.
ASD has no role in determining these benefits. We simply provided the information.
If parents want to apply for free or reduced meals they may still do so this school year at https://family.titank12.com/ . This link can also be found on our district web page. This application is only good until September all families must reapply for free or reduced benefits at the start of each new school year.
