Online Registration Information
Ashland School District uses PowerSchool's online registration system (InfoSnap) for student registration. This secure system allows you to enter registration information, upload required documents, and electronically sign annual permission forms - all from home! If you need to step away from your computer during the registration process, the system will save your spot and log you out. When you return, you can pick up right where you left off. This online process replaces the hard copy student registration and permission forms families formerly completed each year.
Families who are interested in attending John Muir School or Willow Wind CLC, must first register at the appropriate neighborhood school. In addition to registering at your neighborhood school, please complete the John Muir Application or Willow Wind Inquiry Form and submit to the school of interest. To access forms or for additional information on the John Muir or Willow Wind application procedures, click on the links below.
Do you have a student currently enrolled in the Ashland School District? You will access InfoSnap in a different way - please do not register using the above link. You will receive an invitation to register your student for 2018-19 through InfoSnap next Summer, and you will register using your existing PowerSchool parent/guardian account.

FREQUENTLY ASKED REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
DO I HAVE TO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE UPLOADING DOCUMENTS?
No problem - we can assist! Each document upload section has a checkbox to indicate an inability or problem uploading a document. Check the checkbox, complete registration, and then bring the original document to the school’s front office. Don’t forget this important point, though: your student’s registration is not complete until you bring in the documents!
WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE?
If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can navigate between pages using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons. If you are on the Review page, click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form, then you will need to contact your student’s school, so they can make the changes for you.
I COMPLETED THE FORM. NOW WHAT?
When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE STUDENT IN THE DISTRICT? DO I NEED TO DO THIS FOR EACH CHILD?
Yes, because you need to provide information that is specific for each child.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A RELIABLE COMPUTER OR INTERNET CONNECTION?
In August, drop by the front office of your student’s school to either complete the form online or to receive a paper copy of the form to fill out.
