  Counts to 100 by 10's   Skip counts by 5's, 10's, and 100's to 1000.      
  Counts objects up to 20 in a variety of arrangements          
Operations & Algebraic Thinking   Represents & solves problems involving addition within 20.   Represents and solves problems involving multiplication and division.    
    Represent & solve problems involving subtraction within 20. Demonstrates fluency with subtraction facts within 20 using mental strategies. Understand properties of multiplication and the relationship between multiplication and division.    
    Use efficient strategies for adding and subtracting within 20. Demonstrates fluency with addition facts within 20 using mental strategies. Fluently multiply within 100.

Operations & Algebraic Thinking Cont.     Represents and solves addition and subtraction word problems within 100. Solve two step word problems using the four operations (+,-,x,`/.)         Identifies and explains patterns in mathematics.    
Number Opperations in Base Ten Writes numbers to 20. Count, read and write numbers to 120, starting at any number less than 120. Reads and writes numbers to 1000      
        Recognizes and represents common fractions as equal parts of a whole or equal parts of a group. Compare and generate equivalent fractions.  
    Understand and represent place value, grouping in tens and ones. Represents the value of each digit in a number (123=1 hundred, 2 tens and three ones).   Uses place value understanding and properties of operations to efficiently perform multi-digit multiplication. Can read, write, and compare decimals to thousandths.

Number Opperations in Base Ten Cont.         Uses place value understanding and properties of operations to efficiently perform multi-digit division. Can multiply and divide multi-digt whole numbers.

          Multiplies fractions by whole numbers. Conceptually understands and can explain how to multiply fractions.
            Conceptually understands and can explain how to divide fractions.
          Solves word problems involving fractions.

Number Operations in Base Ten Cont.         Adds and subtracts fractions with like denominators. Uses equivalent fractions as a strategy to add and subtract fractions.
Measurement & Data Understands concepts of greater than, less than and equal to.          
    Tell and write time in hours and half-hours using analog & digital clocks.        
  Describe & Compare measurable attributes including length, weight and shape. Measure, compare and record lengths of objects. Measures & estimates length in standard units.     Understands concepts of volume and can relate volume to multiplication of a right rectangular prism.

Measurement & Data Cont.   Represent & interpret data. Solves addition and subtraction problems using data from a picture or bar graph.      
Geometry Identifies 2-D Shapes: Squares, circles, triangles, rectangles & hexagons. Compose and de-compose two and three dimensional shapes and describe their attributes. Draws a shape when given defining attributes.      
  Identifies 3-D Shapes: Spheres, cones, cylinders & cubes. Divide circles and rectangles into two and four equal parts. Divides a circle into halves, thirds or fourth.      
        Understand area and relate it to multiplication and addition.
