After School Enrichment Partnership (ASEP) Classes
ASEP is an exciting new program funded by Ashland Schools Foundation and developed in partnership with SOU Youth Programs.

A priority for this program is to provide access to enrichment activities for students who may not otherwise have the resources and opportunity to participate. For this reason, a limited number of free spots in each session will be reserved for students whose families are registered for and are currently receiving Free and Reduced Lunch Benefits. The remaining spots will be open to all families to register at the very low cost of $20 for one six-week class.

The attached digital flyer contains the schedule and class descriptions for the classes being offered at your school. PLEASE NOTE: Registration will be limited to one class per student initially. If there are open spots in classes at the end of the registration period, parents will be notified by email how to register for a second class.

All registration will happen online through SOU Youth's registration system at: sou.edu/youth/ASEP. Families will set up a profile in the system, and follow the links to each school's page to choose a class. For all classes (even free spots), the green "checkout" button on the shopping cart must be clicked in order to complete registration. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. 

Registration for a limited number of spots reserved for students of families currently signed-up and receiving Free and Reduced lunch benefits opens this upcoming Monday September 18th, and will close at midnight on Saturday September 23rd. If you think your child may qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch benefits, please check with your school office to fill out the paperwork. Schools keep this information confidential.

Registration for all families at the rate of $20 for one class for Fall session, will begin Monday September 25th, and close at midnight on Friday September 29th.

All registration is on a first-come, first served basis.

At this time, the program is limited to serving 3rd- 5th graders. If this pilot program is successful, Ashland Schools Foundation hopes to expand this program to additional schools and grades in future years. If you'd like to help this program expand, donations can be made through the registration website at the time of checkout.
