Work Site: Ashland High School
Hours/FTE: .50 - 1.0 FTE (dependent upon endorsements); Probationary
Highly Qualified Status Requirements: Subject matter competency must be demonstrated through at least one of the following:
Hold a subject matter endorsement in the core academic subject;
Have a major/graduate degree or equivalent credits in the core academic subject;
Pass an Oregon content test in core academic subject (e.g., ORELA, PRAXIS); or
Meet the secondary HOUSSE (if eligible).
Qualifications: Appropriate Oregon Licensure and Highly Qualified Status. Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching high school students. Experience teaching business and CTE certification preferred. Strong instructional technology skills. Ability to meet job description requirements and district standards for teachers. Bilingual preferred.
